Zeta draws inspiration from the world of "do it yourself" furniture and plywood toys for children. The designers at Zp Studio wanted to create a lamp that not only illuminates a space but also engages the user in the assembly process.

What sets Zeta apart is its construction. The lamp is made from a 5 mm poplar plywood sheet, which is precisely cut using laser technology. This not only ensures accuracy but also minimizes waste material. The lamp is sold in a flat packaging, making it easy for customers to self-mount without the need for glue or screws. The pieces simply fit together, resulting in a sturdy and visually appealing lamp.

The dimensions of Zeta are 300 x 110 x 380 mm, while the package dimensions are 500 x 300 x 40 mm. Its compact size makes it suitable for various spaces, from bedside tables to office desks.

Zp Studio, led by Matteo Zetti, Eva Parigi, and Michela Voglino, has created a design that not only showcases their technical expertise but also their commitment to sustainability. By using plywood and minimizing waste, Zeta exemplifies the principles of eco-friendly design.
